Peanut Butter & Strawberry with Rodenbach Grand Cru
Peanut butter and milk chocolate ganache, strawberry pate de fruit, milk chocolate coating
 
Coconut Curry with Nebraska Brewing Melange a Trois
Coconut cream and madras curry butter ganache, dark chocolate dipped
 
Mexican Mole Truffle with Southern Tier Choklat
Milk and dark chocolate infused with spices, raisins, almonds, vanilla and cinnamon, rolled in cocoa powder and almonds

6 Year Anniversary

On Monday, December 29 at 5pm we will be tapping our firkin of Dogfish Head 75 minute IPA to help celebrate our 6th Anniversary.
We will also be tapping Lost Abbey Cuvee de Tomme.
The world premiere (at least in Limerick) of the newest and only Trappist brewery located in the U.S. Spencer Trappist Ale, as well as a few other surprises.
